These terms and conditions are logistics system sites that send shipments from Madshipping(https://www.madshipping.co.kr) USA to Korea operated by Diamond and Sons Inc.

1. The Madshipping Logistics System collects the minimum information necessary to implement the purchase contract when collecting information from members.

The following are required and other options are optional.

a. Name

b. Resident registration number (for members) or alien registration number

c.Address

d.Phone number

e.Hope ID (for members)

f.Password (for members)

g.E-mail address (or mobile phone number)

2. The Madshipping Logistics System must obtain the consent of the member when collecting personal identifiable personal information of the member.

3. The personal information provided may not be provided to any purpose other than its intended use or to a third party without the consent of the relevant member, and the Madshipping logistics system is responsible for it.

However, exceptions are made in the following cases.

a. When the delivery company is informed of the minimum information (name, address, and phone number) of the member required for delivery for the purpose of delivery

b. Where a particular individual is provided in an indistinguishable form as necessary for the preparation of statistics, academic research or market research

c. Where it is necessary for the settlement of the price following the transaction of goods, etc

d. Where it is necessary for identification to prevent theft

e. Where there is an inevitable reason necessary under the provisions of the Act or the Act

4. Where the Madshipping logistics system requires the consent of the members pursuant to paragraphs 2 and 3, the matters stipulated in Article 22 (2) of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization, such as the identity of the person in charge of personal information management (affiliated, name and phone number, and other contact information), the purpose of collecting and using information, and the matters related to providing information to third parties (the recipient, the purpose of provision, and the content of information to be provided) shall be specified or notified in advance, and the member may withdraw this consent at any time.

5. Members may at any time request access to their personal information held by the Madshipping logistics system and correct errors, and the Madshipping logistics system is obliged to take necessary measures against them without delay. If a member requests correction of an error, the Madshipping logistics system will not use the personal information until the error is corrected.

6. For the protection of personal information, the Madshipping logistics system minimizes the number of managers and is responsible for the loss, theft, leakage, and tampering of members` personal information, including credit cards and bank accounts.

7. When the purpose of collecting or receiving personal information is achieved, the Madshipping logistics system or a third party receiving personal information from it shall destroy the personal information without delay.

8. The Madshipping logistics system can collect personal identifiable personal information of members with the consent of members to improve the quality of various services provided by the Madshipping logistics system and use it for promotional activities (e-mail advertisements, mobile advertisements, telemarketing advertisements, etc.).

9. Refunds are not possible for transportation costs and taxes incurred.
